Sunday School begins September 10th!

You are welcome to keep your children with you in the pew, send them to Sunday School, Children’s Chapel (11:00am only) or the nursery, or a combination.  To support whatever decision is right for your family, we offer:

Children’s Worship Bags – These colorful bags are at the entrances to the sanctuary and are filled with coloring books, Bible story books, and other activities to engage your children during worship. (Please return the bags after the service.)

Childcare is available from 8:45am to 12:15ap for infants and toddlers in our nursery that is filled with books and toys.   The nursery is next to the Parish Hall.  You are welcome to come and get your child from the nursery at the Peace so that they can share in communion with the congregation.

Sunday School is held at 10:00am for children grades PreK & up (parents decide whether child is more appropriate for nursery or Sunday School).  Sunday School time includes a prayer, a story, and an activity.    During the 11:00 service, a Children’s Chapel is held for children PreK – 2nd grade, and includes music, prayer and Bible stories.  Children are brought into the sanctuary at the Peace so that they can share in communion with the congregation.  No registration is necessary for Sunday School, just come a few minutes early to help your child get situated.  Sunday School is held in multiple rooms around the building and organized around grades.  Look for signs for the classroom for your child(ren) or please ask a staff member for assistance.

Children’s Worship and Play is held on the second Sunday of the month at 5pm.  The service is geared towards young children (ages 6 and under) with songs, story, and Communion.  The 30 minute service is followed by a simple dinner in the Parish Hall that gives the children time to play and the adults time to get to know and support one another.
